I was in charge of dealing with tenants for my five bedroom rental home in Grand Rapids. I did all the repair work myself including:FlooringPaintingElectricalPlumbingCabinetryLandscapingAfter the last tenants moved out and I did the last round of repairs, it was an amazing home. I liked it so much I stopped renting it and actually live in it now.

My mornings were spent learning how to build a house for school and by 11, I was doing a co-op at the lumber yard that supplied the materials. I started with pulling orders and loading trucks and any other warehouse help that was needed. After i graduated, I started counter sales. The day I turned 18, I got my license for the trucks and started delivering. I worked my way up to head boom crane operator delivering drywall and hand unloading it off the crane. Regretfully they went bankrupt and had to close.
