I design and create global development content, programs and interventions for delivery through a variety of methodologies, meeting a wide range of training plans and activities to achieve business EBITDA targets; and increase the colleague and customer experience at Travelex.

I provide coaching, mentoring and learning and development opportunities. I write and deliver training solutions and I act as a communications liaison within the business, which includes producing presentations and newsletters and, organising conferences.

Responsibility for the leadership, design and delivery of a customer focused operational learning and development service. A key requirement of the post included developing and maintaining quality systems and processes to ensure the delivery of the Induction and mandatory Training Policy. Working with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends within the business and designing in-house solutions. which included a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1-2-1 sessions, action learning & e-learning. With key geographies, including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China and Hong Kong.

Implementation of new stores for Thomas Cook in Australia, including store set up, training and on-site promotional launch and post-opening technical and non-technical support and coaching.Target of 24 stores in 24 months achieved.

Responsible for Retail sales and customer service, including foreign exchanges services.
