Coordinating the Adapt and Adopt project for P-10 Humanities and Social Sciences Curriculum in Western Australia.

Coordinating the development of Year 12 ATAR and General pathway examinations and Externally Set Tasks.

Providing operational and strategic support to school leaders, including mentoring, coaching and recruitment functions.

Operating as a Senior Manager in the largest school in Western Australia I directly led and managed a team of 23 academic staff in the planning, development, delivery and assessment of learning programs for 3,000 students in a fast-paced, complex and dynamic environment.

Provided high level feedback on curriculum development and assessment, including the writing of state wide assessment standards and critically reviewing ATAR exams.

Providing operational and strategic leadership to 11 teaching staff and engage in processes to achieve whole-of-school improvements in learning outcomes. This involved navigating the team through significant changes and challenges, including the early stages of the pandemic and a significant pivot to a ‘learn-from-home’ and subsequent ‘blended’ model of education.
