After 6 years in sports television production, I changed course and followed my life-long passion for working in education. I completed my M.Ed. at DePaul University and I taught full-time in Chicago, at City Day. I taught 7th and 8th-grade students in history and English. I loved my role as a mentor and advisor as these students prepare for high school. I helped them find strong and compatible high school environments that will allow them to grow and thrive at the next level. I am even more excited to be the head of school at City Day. It is a challenge I relish and I love my role in continuing the School's legacy of producing kind, compassionate, and well-rounded young adults.In my past career in production, I worked on a variety of different sports-related productions. I've done everything from live studio shows to documentary-style mini-series. I worked on Olympic, NFL, NHL, and NCAA productions, to name a few.
