A university professor once told me a story about his childhood playing competitive hockey. He was one of the smaller guys, which almost always puts you at a disadvantage right from the start. He knew he had to do something different to get noticed, so he put a small gold tassle on the back of his skates as a way to stand out from the crowd. No matter what he did he was instantly recognizable. It was his way of saying, “I’m here. I deserve to be noticed.”Well, this is my way of standing out. This introduction might not be littered with keywords that can be easily found by search engines, or accomplishments like established open rates 67% higher than the industry average in email campaigns (which is accurate; I had to sneak something in here).This is about who I am. I’m a strong communicator who understands people and maintains solid working relationships. I am versatile, hard-working, and eager to solve problems and take on new challenges.
