Product Manager for the Global Investment Centre

Focus on platform onboarding for a number of HSBC Retail propositions utilising Agile methodology. Particular focus on cleanse activity for both customer and static data.

Based in Operations within Wealth Business Services, I have oversight of a team of dealers focussing on risk management around the business as usual trading for HSBC's Discretionary portfolios and day to day Best Execution controls.Also focussed on project implementation across the department, including platform on boarding, efficiancies and process improvement.

Supervision of a team that manages high value order flow from three different areas of HSBC bank; the Premier Investment Management Services, Fund of funds and Discretionary Wealth Management. The three order flows are made up of Equity, Collectives and Fixed Interest orders. The team is a deadline driven, high pressure environment where a high level of accuracy is a must. In 2012 the total value of order flow managed by the OED came to 9.4 billion pounds.

Placing orders in Equities and Fixed income on behalf of HSBC's Invest Direct sharedealing service.

Processing dealing instructions for the HSBC domiciled Funds and dealing with queries from IFA's, retail and internal customers.
