Provided training and onboarding for new canvassers while implementing a conversational communication approach Managed canvasser needs before, during and after field work. Provided group and personalized training utilizing new software and applications critical for daily work. This included training on both Minivan and Slack applications as well as completing post field debriefs and check ins remotely and in person. Ran daily group presentations explaining the company, its mission, expectations and campaign responsibilities and goals. Our team knocked over 100, 000 doors and made over 16,000 contacts meeting and exceeding client goals.

Responsible for student and visitor check-in's, new membership inquiries and enrollment, answering phones and questions from the general public.
