I'm a computer geek with way too many toy's(i.e. gadgets and electronics). at the same time as being a tech-head in every sense I'm also a people person. I have worked in 3 call center's or support organizations in customer service and technical support roles for at this point over 20 years. I enjoy technical support but I also enjoy face to face support. I really love that part of what I get to do is help people when most often they simply don't know where to go to get their issue resolved. If I can help people then I'm pretty darn happy about it and get a sense of enjoyment from what I'm doing. I have also worked for 30 years with church technology sound, lighting, video presentation systems and editing equipment. I love doing that more than corporate and normal support as I feel it serves the highest purpose of all I also operate a very busy podcast editing studio with over 1000 episodes of video and audio content under my belt and continue to grow in my organizational and editing skills.I know I have a lot in here but the biggest thing for me is help people.
