• Reporting directly to the GM. I am responsible for new product development and in-life product management and commercial management of Openreach Fibre to the premise (FTTP) products. • Responsible for managing supplier relationships at director level with both internal and external customers. Working with customers to develop new feature sets and capabilities, and driving improved service performance and delivery of the products. • Responsible for managing new Fibre to the premise products and technologies through Pilot and Early Market Deployment Trials, liaising with key stakeholders in strategy and commercial teams to define product scope and ensuring commercial models are tested and verified. Working with operational teams to understand resource implications including training requirements, and systems development teams to ensure systems development requirements are scoped in line with product requirements and delivered to business critical dates.

• Responsible for successfully leading, managing, and coordinating the NGA FTTx Operational pilot, and Fibre on Demand (FoD) pilot programmes. Ensuring that solutions to enable network readiness for the industrial rollout of the NGA programme are fit for purpose including Plan and Build solutions, processes, procedures and training. • Responsible for the overall end to end pilot delivery project plan, collaborating with all elements of the Openreach family to ensure the pilot project plan is viable and is endorsed by all key stakeholders to achieve the required goals and objectives for the programme.• Responsible for ensuring Openreach field operations national representatives are engaged and involved in the pilots for each of the NGA programme products to obtain national sign off.• Responsible for interfacing and collaborating with designated work stream leads for planning, technology, implementation and training to ensure that all components of the pilots are delivered

• Responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating the Local Loop Unbundling infrastructure build programme which involved managing a high volume of small to medium scale build projects. • Responsible for working with our customer to ensure a prioritized workstack was managed effectively to deliver against our customers own programme. • Responsible for improving Right First Time delivery from circa 75% to 95% through a number of key initiatives including introducing requirements for contractors to submit as built evidence upon job completion.• Responsible for the management of a number of geographically separate job control teams who were each responsible for different elements of LLU Point of Presence delivery, including end to end delivery, right first time failure resolution and EVOTAM (Evolutionary Test Access Matrix) installations.

• Responsible for SDH, DWDM & Ethernet customer & core build projects, high volume deliveries. Managing Field Engineers for various hardware installations: multiplexers, card infill, routers, patching. Managed external contractors for fibre deliveries & rack build requirements.
