My years of experience in higher education demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility across a spectrum of delivery models and mission critical areas of higher education management. Having started my career in information technology and then moving into higher education has provided me the opportunity to leverage my familiarity with technology for the successful deployment of online and campus-based strategic initiatives. I have leadership experience in the following strategic academic and technology areas; academic and operational oversight of large fully-online degree programs, major curriculum development projects, online learning platform migration and deployment, student success initiatives, IT project management, systems analysis and design, and software development. I strive to always put the students, faculty, institution and my work colleagues first and foremost, above any personal ego or agenda.
