Based at the companies head office in Sydney, I manage the daily operations of the business including the technical department, warehousing and logistics. I am also across the projects the company is working on for stock preparation and delivery.Constantly working with the operations team, I look at systems and policies to ensure we maximize efficiency throughout the company has been a large focus over the past 3-4 years and without increasing staff numbers we have managed to handle a highly increasing product turnover. Main targets for me are to ensure complete customer satisfaction which involves a seamless delivery of equipment and efficient after sales support when required. Over the past few years I have been in charge of upgrading the companies facilities which also includes the rebuild and opening of our latest New Zealand facility, building the warehouse expansion and upgrade of the technical service department in Sydney. Recently i have been involved in travelling to international trade shows to visit suppliers and also to look at competitors in the international market.

Day to day duties were to simply list homes for sale and show them to potential buyers. After that it was to work through the emotional stages of buying/selling properties and help clients make the right decision and buy the right property to suit their family requirements.

Started as the warehouse junior and moved my way through the warehouse, then to junior technician and eventually becoming the service manager.
