I am a recruiter based in Dubai. My role requires me to look for suitable candidates for roles requested for by my clients. My main focus is to find candidates positions for companies in UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman and AfricaThe roles and sectors in which I focus on are varied depending on my clients requirements. However, I specialise in healthcare, technology and recruitment for family offices.My responsibilities and tasks include:. Research, identify and qualify candidates for client’s requested positions.. Work with hiring managers to define job requirements, outline job postings, and develop new sourcing strategies.. Schedule initial interviews and follow up interviews for successful candidates or alternatively allow the hiring managers to contact the candidates directly.. Sourcing of suitable candidates and shortlisting.. Assist human resources in escorting clients to various departments, explaining rules and answering common questions.. Oversee applicant tracking processes and requirements in order to offer the best possible service.. Work with hiring managers and staff members to coordinate starting dates and orientation.

Primarily focussed in two areas:1) Development and implementation of strategic, customer-focused and revenue-generating initiatives, products and services:o Jointly developed new products that better reflected customer perspective and enjoyed very good market reception, leading to increased sales.o Identified and optimized areas of strength and opportunities; deployed specific customer-engagement and marketing activities leading to increased revenue.2) Marketing and business development:o Generated new business from referrals as well as sales from up-selling/ cross-sellinglocal and international products.
