I started in the trades in 1988. For over 25 years I have been a Piping Foreman on large mechanical and plumbing projects. I have been detailing piping systems for years and in 2014 started using AutoCAD. After being frustrated with industry testing standards on many projects, I began to work with industry vendors and inspectors to develop better commissioning and inspection software. I founded CECC Solutions in 2016, a small startup dedicated to pursuing a better inspection process. After another two years of work and collaboration with my colleagues at Silicon Valley Mechanical and industry leaders, we built a better mousetrap. I recently relaunched the company “Time Lock Documentation” in order to better describe the process of what I was trying to accomplish. TLD has a unique software design which accomplishes what many inspector’s, vendors and facility maintenance professionals have been wanting for years. Recent laws for testing and commissioning mechanical and electrical systems have been passed, and many manufacturers now require photos for warranty. These Mobil apps will defiantly provide a benefit to any individual users as well as the industry at large because of our features that address these issues in a convenient, easy to use Applications. I designed and developed time saving construction applications using a patent pending process that time-lock-and GPS stamps documentation. It incorporates daily testing or routine activities with a easy to use stand alone application to improve worker efficiency and level of documentation. No more lost or damaged paperwork-each form on your phone or tablet can be emailed to the interested parties right as soon as it is completed at the job site, and keeps your work in files that you can access from the app in an organized fashion. I have extended this concept and developed applications for other industries, such as Landscaping, Property Management, and Snow Removal.
