Working with people is my calling in life. In my experiences working in long term care, I have enjoyed the relational care I provided for my patients and staff. I have learned it is essential to be part of a resourceful culture in a close-knit team. During my career, my knowledge of the field has grown tremendously. I aspire to become an asset for the in our community. ​With new insight and life perspective from my experience over the last five years, I am looking for my next growth opportunity. During this time, I have come to understand the complexities of the healthcare industry and found a need to develop my knowledge in preparation for progressing my career. My next step to accomplishing this goal would be through further learning, which has led me to a new purpose of obtaining a master’s degree. As I have matured as a professional, I have found that my strength has become employee relations, recruitment, retention, and staff development.
