Chris emphasizes his business model on always putting his clients' best interests before his own. He strives to accomplish his mission by leaning into trustworthiness, transparency, above-and-beyond property research, professionalism, and precise responsiveness. His focus is in working with home buyers. More specifically; first time home buyers, investors, veterans, and even those looking to rent! He feels that these are often the most vulnerable of those looking to enter the housing market, to which he relates to. Regardless of his client’s background, he makes it a priority to ensure his clients are educated throughout the buying, selling, or rental process.As he rolls into his fifth year in the business as a full-time Realtor, Chris is fortunate to have grown up to witness and learn under his dedicated mother and team lead, Nancy Eisele. Through Nancy’s 20 years of building her own successful and inspiring career as a Realtor, she has maintained a morally ethical and “client first” driven mindset, and therefore Chris has been provided with a clear vision to mimic this promise to his own clients. Nancy and her team’s success has translated to being recognized as a President’s Club producing team at Coldwell Banker Realty.Chris graduated from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville (SIUe) in May of 2018, earning a degree in Business Management with a focus in Marketing. In addition to his college education, he played on the SIUe club ice hockey team to keep busy, while also juggling his duties in The USMC Reserves. Following his graduation from Hoffman Estates High School, Chris joined the Marine Corps and is still serving in the Reserves - to which he has attained the rank of Staff Sergeant. He intends to serve for another 10+ years, as he enjoys being part of something much bigger than himself, similarly achieving the same feeling in looking after his clients in their pursuit to buy, sell, or rent. Chris Eisele believes that his personal and professional development over the last 10 years, speaks as a testament to his immense capabilities and work ethic. Some of Chris’ other passions include baseball, volunteering with the youth hockey program at The Triphahn Ice Center in Hoffman Estates, early-bird gym workouts, and his desire to help other people in life. Before deciding back in high school to follow his mom’s footsteps for a career in Real Estate, Chris was interested in being a therapist. Although he never did pursue becoming a therapist, he often likes to joke that he is now a therapist for homes and their current (or soon-to-be) owners.
