The Onshore Logistics Coordinator (`2IC to the Thailand Supply Base Manager) forms part of the Woodside Myanmar Supply Chain leadership group that is responsible for the end to end sourcing, procurement and movement of materials and services to support Woodside’s Myanmar Deep Water Drilling Campaign.This program was supported by a Thailand engaged contractor and managed two operational supply base (Ports) in Thailand and Myanmar, along with numerous yards and warehouses across SE Asia to support a very fast paced drilling campaign operating off the Myanmar Coast. There was no non-production time attributed to materials and logistics, despite the complexity of customs, marine logistics and working through the monsoon season. Responsibilities included:o Leading third-party contractors to deliver all logistics.o Day-to-day operational management.o Contracts management and administration.o Scheduling and coordinating day-to-day marine logistics (100 port calls). o Supply base logistics (vessel load out, customs, warehouse management etc.)

As the FM Team Lead on the Browse LNG Gas Development Project, I was accountable for the delivery of accommodation and people logistics services, related support infrastructure and capability to the Browse Downstream Business Unit. This was completed by leading coordination between project functional and production teams to develop and deliver strategy and services for Facilities Management (accommodation and site services) and Travel services (including personnel travel by all modes of movement). Delivery includes the development, evaluation, and coordination of scopes of work from construction through production, ensuring that selected contractors develop and implement their plans for these services based on the developed strategy.

The primary purpose of this role is to manage the divisions operational / capital budgets and contractual requirements through the development, implementation and monitoring of project and operational service contracts including commercial lease agreements with the Rio Tinto Iron Ore Infrastructure division.
