In my experience as an IT professional, I’ve learned that IT is serious business. Since then I’ve molding myself around IT needs such as, being extremely resourceful, being attentive to detail, persistence in problems, and patience. Above these needs for IT, you also need to be smart, not lazy and have confidence in what you’re doing. Decisions in IT can be good or bad it takes a guy with lots of experience and knowledge to know what he’s doing when he clicks the mouse, I believe I bring this to the table every time. I always improve, technology doesn’t sit still so neither can you, especially with Malicious Attacks. Rarely has there been a problem I couldn’t fix, it’s because I’m relentless and dedicated. Where ever I work, where ever I go, Information Technology is an extension of myself and it’s just not a job, I take care in what I do, and that’s exactly what the IT department needs.
