I was then the sole provider of Fire and Smoke and liferaft/slideraft wet drill training for Thomas Cook Airlines, BA Cityflyer, AirTanker, Ravenair and colleges for 5 years. Customer centric individual; knows the value of customer retention and gets the best out of people. Excellent communicator; builds positive relationships with internal and external customers. Embraces new technologies and has the ability to think “outside the box”. Happy to challenge existing practice, to find the right solution. Motivational team leader, but has also demonstrated the ability to complete projects alone, meticulously and on time.
