Responsible for selling complex technical products and/or services. Manage and coordinate the technical team in support of the sale of the company’s products. Called on as a technical product expert to develop and present sales proposals and systems solutions, and close complex technical sales.

Provide technical support to Field Service Engineers, technicians and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical, computer systems, and/or complex software pertaining to TEL Clean Track Photolithography systems. Respond to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Report design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design and software engineering groups. Involved in customer installation and training on the latest models of Clean Track systems. Provide support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature. Responsible for writing procedures for and implementation of Equipment Change Control.

Responsible for in-depth repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance procedures on TEL Clean Track Photolithography tracks.Perform major tool modifications deemed necessary by customer and factory. Work closely with customers to solve process and mechanical issues on a daily basis. Responsible for tool issue tracking, parts ordering, and procedure modification when necessary.
