I have over twenty-five years of experience in the audiovisual field, acquiring expertise in multiple facets of the industry. My experience includes design and integration for theaters, corporate boardrooms, large judicial centers, civic center complexes, recreation centers, distance learning facilities, network operations centers, houses of worship, broadcast studios, and several “high end” residential projects. I began my career as a Broadcast Engineer for a television network and am currently a Senior Consultant at D.L. Adams and Associates' Denver office. Prior to joining D.L. Adams, I was a Senior Consultant at Shen, Milsom, & Wilke and have held the positions of System Design Engineer and the Director of Engineering for CEAVCO Audio-Visual located in Arvada, Colorado. In addition to my professional design capabilities, I owned and operated a consulting and integration company for residential clients. I have also had the privilege to serve on the EXTRON advisory committee and won awards for corporate facility designs.As an AV Senior Consultant I bring a comprehensive understanding of the industry including design, project management, costing and implementation. My diverse knowledge coupled with an understanding of new technologies offers clients the opportunity to explore the possibilities; my expertise provides clients the most cost effective, state of the art and successful projects. My primary responsibilities as a Consultant include project management (including overseeing fees, budgets and quality control), consulting design in all phases of development and construction administration (review of bids, shop drawings, RFI, systems testing and evaluation, etcetera).
