A fast paced and challenging role liaising with on site construction personnel through a Customer Contact Centre. I was responsible for taking orders, and scheduling delivery (via TESYS Software)of pre-mix concrete product via telephone.Due to the potential for significant cost implications from errors, it was critical to ensure accuracy of the order and timeliness of the subsequent delivery.It was necessary to have a complete understanding of the available products and be able to provide technical advice to ensure appropriate product selection.
