I QC our digital file naming conventions to enable consistency and ease of searching and the relevant adding of metadata. I work closely with suppliers and vendors such as IMG, LMH, Imagen and Object Matrix. I research and edit the best footage from each of our 500's and Masters tournaments (City scenics, Site scenics, Match ISOS and trophy shots) and create 10 minute Electronic Press Kits which are uploaded to our Media Portal for broadcasters to download. Working from 9th July as Librarian for Host Broadcaster at the London Olympic Games I managed tape assets and metadata created for the various sports competed in during the Games. I quality controlling logs exported from IP Director to a Tape Library Management System and supervising loggers on creating accurate logs and tape labelling. I helped clients from Rights Holding Broadcasters locate footage in IP Director that they didn't record and create playlists to put on to tape.

Working as an archivist for a month firstly from 6th June on a Usain Bolt documentary ' Beating Bolt ' to be broadcast on BBC3 in July. Researching then comping archive clips of Usain Bolt and his main challengers for the 100m at the London Olympics. On 20th June moved on to archivist on BBC Olympic Games Features Group - researching various Sport and TV Archive clips for a number of features to go out in the build up to the Olympics.

Working part time Monday - Friday on a temporary basis I use databases such as Goldmine and Manage Courses to input data concerning candidates applying for professional life coaches training courses. I process emails, SMS texts and send out letters to candidates inviting them on the nationwide courses. I also send out certificates when training courses have been completed.

Worked for 12 months at the Information Resource Centre in Harrow to gain Library experience before working on a Masters Degree. I helped students with enquiries, catalogued material and worked on the Multimedia / AV desk.

My duties included sorting and delivering mail, showing responsibility and the ability to work accurately under pressure as well as demonstrating physical fitness.

I performed a variety of keyboard tasks, such as typing up lecturer's notes and preparing documents using Windows applications. I gained a certificate in Information and People Management.
