Leading a team of Spinal Account Managers and Associate Account managers in the South of the UK. In this role I was responsible for recruitment, training and development and KOL development with strategic focus on launching innovative new technologies.

This role involved managing a team of Associate Specialists and Sales consultants, looking after their development, training and progression into more senior sales roles within the company. The role of the Brand Manager for Tamiflu involved assisting with the development of the product life cycle plan and to ensure its successful implementation across all business functions.This role involved marketing within the confines of the NHS, sales directly to UK Government and business to business marketing. The role offered a wide variety of sales.
