• Supported 30,000 testers globally as first line of support for HP Performance centre 11, Quality Centre 10/11 and Worldspace web accessibility tool – Ensuring any tool or load test issue are resolved, liaising with vendors HP/Deque for problem remediation.• Upgraded Performance centre 11 to patch 7.
