MQ-5B Hunter UAV Mechanic/Technician- Provide Hunter UAS maintenance support and all of its components and equipment as an electronics and mechanical technician. Responsibilities include, maintaining accurate records and procedural compliance, safe conduct of maintenance and ground procedures, FOD prevention, tool control, reviweing technical manuals and checklists for errors and submitting change requests when errors are found.- Maintains a good working relationship by supporting the customer as a technical representative and Subject Matter Expert (SME) by performing maintenance, assembly, disassembly, repair, replacement, and adjustment in accordance with technical specifications, engineering instructions, and applicable FAA regulations. - Compliance with company policies, processes, procedures and U.S. Army and Defense Contract management Agency (DCMA) contractual requirements- J-STD-001 Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies, Certified IPC Specialist- IPC/WHMA-A-620 Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies, Certified IPC Specialist- Instructor qualified on the MQ-5B Hunter Tactical Common Data Link (TCDL) and MQ-5B Hunter Copperhead packages.- Deployed as a Maintenance Lead, Quality Assurance appointed Technical Inspector and RESET Program Lead.
