C4K empowers low-income youth by bringing together technology and imagination through supportive mentoring, youth-driven programming, and skill building for life success. We provide a creative and safe out-of-school learning environment where local low-income middle and high school youth work with volunteer mentors and staff to build college and work readiness skills. At C4K young people explore their own ideas, build skills, and gain confidence in themselves through positive relationships, the mastery of technology, and the opportunity to get a free laptop with lifetime support.

Administration of our school's math and science departments. Instructional coaching and administrative support for math and science teachers. Implementation and review of assessments. Professional development sessions on content and instructional practices. Lead middle school advisory groups.

Oversee the implementation of Blended Learning for our schools in Memphis. Supervise the development of our STEM program. Provide (data) coaching and professional development for teachers. Work with our educational team to provide personalized learning opportunities for all students.Taught online K-5 STEM course for Aspire Teacher Residency (now Alder Graduate School of Education).
