I've had the privilege to work on an extensive range of brands, from small start ups to blue chip corporations, and have a skill set ranging from strategically focussed conceptual thinking, right through to full production implementation, including all necessary project management and client liaison.Over the years my teams have won a number of design awards, most recently a DBA design effectiveness for the M&M’s Pop Up Advent calendar.I'm well organised and can communicate clearly, either on a one to one basis or to larger audiences, and I enjoy managing and mentoring teams, believing that we need to support the development of those around us, so we can all grow together.I'm passionate about sustainability and the mark that we make on our planet, we all have the opportunity and the responsibility to make a positive difference, and in my view those in the design industry have more opportunity than most.
