CurrentAs a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Cat6a and fiber network infrastructure projects across multiple schools throughout the UK. My expertise in network deployment, project management, and strong communication skills are instrumental in ensuring the timely and efficient completion of these projects. My role requires me to have a proactive and strategic approach, as well as the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and resources to achieve project objectives.Responsibilities:1. Project Planning: Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, to ensure the successful deployment of Cat6a and fiber networks in schools across the UK.2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with school administrators, IT teams, and other relevant stakeholders to understand their network requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. Maintaining regular communication to provide updates and address any concerns or issues.3. Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate resources, including project team members, contractors, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary to meet project milestones.4. Network Deployment: Oversee the installation and configuration of Cat6a and fiber networks in schools, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve any technical issues, and ensure quality control.5. Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, change requests, and progress reports.
