• Reduced loan origination time, improved loan quality, and expanded access to credit by leading requirements gathering and execution for the implementation of new offerings and enhancements to Freddie Mac's Asset & Income Modeler (AIM) that automated assessments and calculations of borrower assets and income for lenders.• Worked with Business and IT partners to set the product vision and strategy, drive the introduction of weekly check-ins that proactively addressed roadblocks and issues, and create a new internal process to expedite product rollouts.• Performed extensive testing and data analysis to review the integrity of existing offerings and provided recommendations to further refine product logic and improve the user experience.

• Oversaw the management and optimization of all operational, change, and support functions for The Home Value Explorer (HVE) tool, Loan Coverage Advisor product, and backend applications within the Loan Advisor Suite with a 10-person team.• Optimize Loan Advisor Suite operations by establishing a new team for production support, building out internal monitoring capabilities, and supporting robust regression suites to ensure application availability.• Served as the Product Owner for an internal application from initial ideation to full implementation that minimized downtime and improved productivity by enabling the monitoring of each application’s lower environment health and status.

• Selected to serve as the Lead Integration Product Owner for a major integration across multiple applications and teams that led to the successful launch of the Single-Family Business Loan Advisor Suite, receiving recognition with the CEO Award.• Led User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and operational support for new projects and initiatives, including a Day 1 Collateral Rep & Warranty relief project and an Automated Collateral Evaluation (ACE) that saved borrowers hundreds of dollars while collaborating and empowering a 50-person team.• Oversaw the operations of property valuation applications by managing system availability, performance reporting, data reconciliations, change initiatives, enhancements, and production support.
