• Manage the LMS for the US, including accounts, new hire training program, and reporting.• Create job aides and update older guides to comply with branding changes.• Create micro-learnings on Inkling and Articulate.• Consult with strategic partners to create and deploy training according to ADDIE methodology.• Improve exams questions and establish consistency across topics for new hire sales training.• Create reporting dashboards for Sales and Service, utilizing the Kirkpatrick model.

• Create and implement LMS Global process for the 6 sales areas, each with specialized requirements for the new LMS. • Manage the Global new hire curriculum allowing each Area to maintain the Global standards.• Modify SCORM settings with CBTs for improved performance and reporting.• Create training materials, guides, and micro-learning, for all LMS processes.• Consult with strategic partners to create and deploy training through the LMS, ensuring ADDIE methodology is utilized.• SME for assessments and answer options, ensuring one topic per question.

Review learning needs assessment results and develops strategy to address learning needs across the company. Prepare instructional design documents and training courses to bridge learning gaps. Coordinate schedules and facilitate new hire orientation.

Responsible for full life cycle recruiting. Work with hiring mangers to determine precise specifications for each requisition. Update Employee Referral Program, sending notification emails, and ensuring payroll is provided with the appropriate information for processing payouts to employees.

Assist assigned professor in instruction and education of students. Proctor and grade exams, calculate grades, and maintain accurate records. Assist in the design and execution of an experiment with student subjects.
