Very proud to be a director at Creative CX the Experimentation Consultancy. Working alongside our fabulous team of consultants, we help all kinds of brands to establish, improve and scale experimentation programmes. I'm an Experimentation & UX expert with over 20 years of experience, highly skilled in researching, designing and optimising products and services so that they deliver maximum value to the end customer and the business.
