The datasets typically have 1m, 50cm, 25cm and 10 cm resolutions. They are used for a variety of purposes including eg the identification of potential contaminated land, identification of former vegetation cover, and boundary disputes. Additional projects have involved researching and creating datasets for the BAFTA nominated multi-programme 'Lost Evidence' series for Flashback Television; also the series 'Britain from Above', and its US counterpart 'America Revealed' -both for Lion Television. 'Britain from Above' won the International non-fiction digital EMMY in 2009. In 2012 worked with Furneaux and Edgar productions on a Channel 5 programme which aired in the autumn. Analysed imagery and Lidar survey of Treblinka I and II to locate demolished structures and potential grave sites for a forensic survey of that site for Smithsonian television (again for Furneaux and Edgar). This won a CINE award (July 2014) in the Documentary category. In 2015 took part in a five episode series exploring the effects of the Blitz on London, Liverpool, Birmingham, Cardiff, Swansea and Norwich for BBC 1. The Liverpool episode was nominated for a 2016 UK Broadcast Award. Other projects involve NLUD (National land use databases) of various areas at parish, sub-county, and county level) and analyses of the UK built environment, again at local and regional level.Recent work includes the development of a methodology to characterising non-domestic structures, now in production. In October 2013 returned to EROW mapping with a presentation to the annual German Bomb disposal conference in Damstadt ways of mapping EROW risk from air-dropped weapons, using neglected records.Currently (2018) testing ways of synthesizing specialist data into a predictive tool to minimise EROW risk in large-scale infrastructure projects in Europe, and Asia.
