-Implemented VMWare and Microsoft based technologies.-Preformed infrastructure migrations from older versions of VMWare vSphere and Microsoft products to the latest versions. Migrations, including new storage, new servers, new VMs, vSphere 4.x and 5.x to 6.x, Microsoft Server 2003R2 domains to to 2012R2 domains.-Designed and performed customer solutions based on best practices.-Installed Cisco ASAs, Watchguard Firewalls, SonicWall Firewalls, Cisco, Juniper, and HP switches. -Deployed VMWare SRM solutions for site to site recovery flexibility. Deployed SAN based replication between SANs. Installed various backup productions including Veeam, vRanger, Symantec Backup Exec and more.-Designed and deployed VMWare Horizon View VDI environments. Created POCs to demonstrate the technology to clients before the projects went live.

-Performed storage migrations to EMC SANs in the VNX and VNXe categories.-Created new domains for startup companies on Server 2012 R2 infrastructure, including migrations. Reviewed current domain and provided recommendations to cleanup group polices, ADUC structure, replications to additional Domain Controllers, etc.-Migrated VMWare ESXi, vSphere vCenter environments to the latest hardware. Configured fiber channel based networking to the storage and switches. Upgraded from VMWare ESXi 4 to 5. Migrated from Equallogic PS6000 to Nimble CS-220. Moved VLANs from the old cisco switches to the new cisco switches-Upgraded various servers from Windows 2003 to 2008 R2. Performed upgrades of Exchange from 2007 to 2010, Dynamics GP 10.0 to 2010, Dynamics CRM 4 to 2011-Maintained Level Platforms monitoring system, ConnectWise ticketing system, and the integrations between the two.

-Vastly improved the client monitoring system, Level Platforms. Responsible for ensuring our customers’ networks were properly monitored. This includes setting group policies for WMI and remote access, enabling SNMP on a wide variety of network devices, troubleshooting WSUS issues, and confirming subnets used.-Deployed patch management integration with Level Platforms for all customers. Managed the patching process and configured policies for Servers and Workstations for automatic downloading and/or updating.-Improved customer documentation by creating process and procedure documents for monitoring and onboarding customers.
