- Set up NOC team in Malta office operating in shifts on a 24 x 7 basis, with main responsibility ofmonitoring our infrastructure, products and services round the clock and acting proactively to alerts tominimize potential incidents.- Define, document and implement processes to be followed by NOC (ticket escalations, incident handling etc.)- Acting Incident Manager and following up on incidents, ensuring incidents are handled as per ourdocumented procedures with the right resources collaborating together to resolve incidents in anacceptable timeframe.- Ensure that the team gets the necessary training in our products and tools that we use.- Engage in daily stand-ups with team where daily briefings are done. This includes any ongoing incidents and any major changes or releases expected on that day, where NOC needs to maximize attention on monitoring.- Assign other responsibilities to each NOC engineer to empower the team and expand the knowledge and skillset within the team.- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and salary adjustments.- Meeting the team on a regular basis to discuss concerns, improvements, achievements, targets and goals.- Meeting with management on a weekly basis to discuss progress and ongoing issues.- Identify areas of improvements, evaluate and discuss with relative stakeholders to ensure we worksmarter, smoother and more efficiently.- Being a team lead, it is also my responsibility to coach and guide each individual in the team on achieving their own ambitions in career progression within Play'n Go.

Being part of a B2B online casino provider, my main responsibility is that of managing any technicalqueries that are raised by our customers (casino operators). Working closely with the operations team,developers and account managers, my duties are:- Investigating in logs, back office and / or SOAP UI to identify the source of a reported problem- Gathering as much information as possible and escalate requests to the relative team for furtherinvestigations- Executing casino configuration changes (such as RTP changes, enable/disable games,enable/disable game features)- Discussing and suggesting new internal tools to improve the way our team works and henceimprove resolution times- Participate in weekly meetings with other team members to discuss current issues- Administrating new customer integration process.
