 Managed and oversaw the relocation and additions of chemical clean-room, warehouse and office spaces over multiplesites. Responsibilities included facilitation and coordination of design for new facilities, management and procurementof construction work, review of contractor invoicing and change orders/directives, City permitting and execution.

 Worked on various projects ranging from smaller remodels to $20M ground up facilities. Responsibilities includedoverall project management, subcontractor management, estimating, scheduling, cost accounting and engineering,cost/budget forecasting and document control.

 Worked on a variety of projects ranging from hotels, large industrial facilities, retail development and public worksprojects. These projects ranged from $5M to $60M in contract value. Also spent time in the estimating departmentworking on negotiated, select bid and hard bid projects. Responsibilities included field and office engineering,estimating, scheduling, cost accounting and engineering and document control.
