Recent Project ExperienceKatoomba Scenic World Upgrade, NSW• Detailed design of steel frame elements extending the existing top station structure which required detailed investigations due to the limited availability of information and challenging terrain.• Site inspection of track footings required working at heights and harness training. Due to the challenging terrain as well as time constraints, many foundations required on the spot adjustments and quick adaptation to the conditions presented.HMAS Waterhen, Garden Island and RAAF Richmond– DFI Remediation, NSW• Conducted site audits of the Reinforced Concrete Wharves at HMAS Waterhen, as well as the steel structures within the Fuel Instillation. Then detailed rectification recommendations and quantities of audited items to let out to D&C.• Conducted audits of the Fuel Installations at Garden Island and RAAF Richmond, including the stairs, ladders, walkways and platforms. Then detailed rectification recommendations and quantities of audited items to let out to D&C.Sydney Yard Overhead Wiring (OHW) Modernisation, NSW• Identified and listed each life expired and non-life expired structure between Central and Redfern Stations, to be used as a basis for concept studies for the modernisation of the yard.• Provided concept analysis as well as structural concept design of the new Overhead Wiring Structures (OHWS) required to replace life expired structures.• Provided advice on the condition and requirements of all non-life expired structures within the yard.• Design analysis of the existing, heritage listed, timber awning structures at Central Station platforms 1-15 for both existing and proposed new load conditions.HMAS Penguin Redevelopment, NSW• Provided construction support during construction phase of works, including inspections of existing heritage structures as well as inspection of new build areas.• Provided designs for many structural elements and variations in design.
