Run and complete various reports •Have held the lead position on many different product lines•Hold department meetings•Delegate and finalize the equipment and tools as per customer request.•Order parts and monitor inventory •Making sure my techs are performing their assigned task in a safe and timely manner •Balance the work load and inventory to meet customer demands and complete down tools in the required time limit.•Answer and assist in troubleshooting and failure investigations (these roles are carried out among 6 different product lines within our department)•Make sure all jobs are done safe, correct, and in a timely manner
