• Set up chemicals direct operating biz for GZ branch, built up biz connections with group divisions and overseas subsidiaries;• Imported commodities purchasing and sales channels to the company, included but not limited to general polymer(PP/PE), solvent(MeOH/Ethanol/MEG,etc.), bitumen, sulfur, glycerin, palm oil(CPO/PAO/UCO), etc.;• Developed speciality chemicals biz including but not limited to functional polymer (Green PE/High MI PP fiber/Breathable film/degradable materials, etc.), cosmetic raw materials (isoparaffin/ ceresin wax/spherical micro silica powder, etc.), semi-conductor material (high purified metals, etc.)• Promoted green bio material BARU lactic acid bacteria (LAB) into the application fields as of environmental protection(water treatment/soil improvement/garbage disposal, etc), aquaculture, agricultural planting and livestock husbandry, etc.

• Sold crude oil from origins including but not limited to Middle East, Russia, U.S.A., to private refineries, followed up crude oil importation from loading, custom clearance, inspection, and warehousing in Southern China area, ave. monthly trading vol. 40,000Mts; • Responsible for the supply chain management, key A/Cs maintenance and new pipeline development of refined products as of gasoline, vehicle diesel, jet fuel, BWH vessel fuel oil and gasoil, annual gross profit output over 40Million RMB;• Developed sales pipeline for Light Cycle Oil (LCO) and Mixed Aromatics （MA) , responsible for their price triggering and rolling;

• Developed and managed imp.& exp. biz of plastic resins (PP/PE/ABS/EVA, etc.), PU, phosphorus acid, titanium dioxide, fumed silica, etc., responsible for whole operation process from sourcing to sales, overall deal done q’ty over 300,000 Mts;• From 0 to 1 developed general polymer biz and managed it to a core biz within 2 yrs with monthly trading volume over 10,000Mts; • Cooperated with domestic suppliers and overseas customers to facilitate phoc. acid biz from container to bulk sales; Improved other items’ sales volume in different scales; • Trained followers, led the team to do domestic/overseas market analysis among items, periodically updated industrial intelligence and data, maintained current customers and continuously developed new pipelines, contributed over 1/3 to the company’s net income every year.

1. Conducted market investigation on petrochemical down-stream products, adopted industrial data, and processed industrial supply-demand analysis;2.
