I performed, designed, and taught with Cincinnati Shakespeare for 10 seasons.Beginning in 2010 I participated in the birth of the cannabis industry in Washington, operating one of the first and oldest medical dispensaries in Seattle from 2011 to 2016. For a decade, I collaborated in the design, construction, licensing and management of dozens of indoor gardens. In 2019 I transitioned to the ancillary side of the cannabis/manufacturing industry creating a traceablity hardware and labeling division for General Data in Ohio. Using the exisitng Product Services I created a targeted product catalogue and EComm offering, developed the relationships and messaging with vendors to introduce this new service and brought it to market.Using this industry specific knowledge, and manufacturing process experience, I transitioned to 365 Vertical in 2020 and help spearhead a new account management initiative. I focused primarily on customer success and growth through account expansion consistently hitting monthly and quarterly targets in both subscription and services revenue.
