• To investigate all complaints of ASB and take action to deal with it ASB by enforcement or intervention action where appropriate.• To provide regular reports to the ASB Team Leader on the action being taken in tackling neighbour nuisance and ASB.• To liaise with and direct staff in the area housing team ensuring there is a co-ordinated and collaborative approach to tackling ASB in neighbourhoods.• In consultation with the Anti-Social Behaviour Team Leader to take responsibility for investigating and dealing with serious cases of anti-social behaviour.• To work regularly and closely with other agencies to reduce ASB and nuisance by the planning and delivery of preventative schemes.• To strengthen existing partnerships and develop new ones in tackling crime and disorder and the delivery of services for young people.• To work with other agencies to advise, provide and participate in case intervention, strategy meetings, information and training sessions.
