Born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario. I spent most of my childhood either performing onstage or working in the wings behind it. After high school, I began my journey working in the arts. I worked in Stained Glass, and then as a Glassblower, and a Blacksmith for several years before moving to Vancouver, BC In 2016 to get a Technical Theatre Diploma from Capilano University. Most of my time is spent building props for various theatre and film companies in Vancouver. When I'm not in the shop building, you can usually find me on set where I work Lx department as a Lamp Op. 2020 Being what it was, I decided to return to school, and learn some new skills that would be useful in our new work-from-home world. I completed four months at Think Tank Training Center in a generalist asset creation program learning modelling, texturing and render basics using Maya, Mudbox, and Z-brush among others. I then switched into a more specialized lighting course at Lost Boys, School of VFX with a primary focus on digital lighting using Katana and Nuke.
