About Chris Hare

We built eQ8 for leading organizations that see the workforce as their competitive advantage. Due to it success, we rebranded our original firm, QHR, in its name. eQ8 is completely focused on providing the platform and internal capability lift for customers to drive Strategic Workforce Planning on their own.I continue to have an interest in the interplay of performance, analytics, incentives and people, so contribute as a guest lecturer on these topics along with SWP. I also like helping people on an individual level find their career path, so I volunteer as a mentor for new arrivals to Australia.
