I have extensive experience in Data Centre Infrastructure Management and IT Operations, improving processes and services to drive out cost and increase customer satisfaction. I manage a mixed portfolio of primary data centres and server/LAN rooms at international locations and am accountable for all capacity planning, hardware asset management and critical infrastructure management.I have project managed the data workstreams for complex international projects. Examples include creating 2 colocation centres in Japan, leading migrations and decommissions in China, and 2 UK data centre closures and associated migrations with zero unplanned downtime.Whether forming and leading my teams or establishing client relationships, I build collaborative working practices and provide confidence and reassurance to senior stakeholders and technical experts.
