My passion for light can be called "engineered design". This describes best the combination of two worlds: high technology and high aesthetic value. The theoretical background of research at KIT Lighting Technology Institute paired with the knowledge of manufacturing technology and the feeling for design form lasting innovations. Patents, registered and awarded designs of luminaires and lighting controls are the results of that passion.
