Highly experienced UKCC Level Three ECB Cricket Coach & Performance Analyst currently 2nd XI Head Coach at Derbyshire County Cricket Club and Head Coach of the England & Wales Cricket Board Physical Disability Squad. Previous experience working with the England & Wales Cricket Board Disability Squads (Deaf, Learning Disability, Physical Disability and Visually Impaired) , Lancashire Thunder in the KIA Women’s Super League and with NW Thunder in the Rachel Heyhoe-Flint Trophy. I have provided Performance Analysis and Coach support to the England Physical Disability squad on tours to Bangladesh in 2015 (World Cup Winners) and Dubai in 2016 (Runners Up), England Deaf to Dubai in 2016 (World Series Runners Up), England Visually Impaired to India in 2017 (World Cup Semi Finalists), India in 2018 (Tri-Series) & 2019 to UAE (v Pakistan), with England Learning Disability 2019 in Australia (Ashes Winners) and International home series including 2018 Physical Disability Tri-Series (Runners Up) & 2019 World Series (Runners Up). Experienced in developing innovative ideas and training practices in order to enable players to thrive and develop their full potential. 10+ years experience of working within cricket development with the Lancashire Cricket Board, including the Performance Pathway (Boys & Girls) in Lancashire as an age group coach, with the Emerging Player Program and as part of the Thunder Regional Development Centres, I feel that I have the knowledge and understanding of how to develop young players. Excellent knowledge and understanding of performance & video analysis software, including PCS Pro which is currently used in the International and First-Class game.
