My role as goalkeeper and recruitment analyst involved me coding the goalkeepers from the U16s to U23s matches for specific metrics. This was then tracked in in a trend report to monitor their performance throughout the season. I would send through weekly match reports to head of academy goalkeeping and head of academy analysis for updates on each goalkeepers performance. On the recruitment analysis side, I currently code out in and out of possession clips for potential targets in relation to necessary areas of focus. I also create highlight reel and loan videos for internal players looking to head out on loan for experience. I also pull data collected from Wyscout to inform recruitment staff on potential signings they are looking into.

I work on a voluntary basis assisting with data gathering and formulation for the YDP (Youth Development Phase) squads for Leyton Orient FC. I film and carrying out coding on required elements in training sessions and on match days for the required age group at the time.

I will deploy and create new jobs for the Mercvhandising department of RAS, dealing with booking accommodation, liasing with regional managers regarding queries, assist in the completion of timesheets, and working closely with our Field Operatives to ensure their happiness in the role.

I helped lead the sales floor team in delivering outstanding service to all customers. I also interviewed potential candidates for vacancies, assisted the manager in visual merchandising moves, stock control management and training staff members and keeping them up to date on current guidelines.
