Lead staff and volunteers to help people take steps to follow Jesus.

Student Pastor- Integrated students from 6 different language congregations (English, Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Cambodian & Filipino) into 1 student ministry.- Worked with each language congregation to find and meet the unique needs of their families.- Organized & taught in weekly small group program with adult volunteers and students from middle and high school.- Facilitated an environment for students to connect with adult small group leaders (mentors). - Regularly spoke in adult English & Cantonese congregations.CFO- Oversaw, organized, and helped lead the financial & personnel resources of the church.- Created and implemented systems to organize church financial records.- Managed day-to-day transactions as well as facility rental business.- Created reports at least monthly and communicated regularly with Church Board.
