-Leading and giving briefing to new joiners regarding the daily routes and tasks. -Calculate and submit employee’s salary and commission for final approval.-Update and monitor employees leave record, e.g. annual leave, medical leave.-Preparation of announcements / memos when requested.-Prepare HR related letters and documents.-Confirm the claim amount submitted by all employees for the accurate amount payout from company.-Key in purchase invoices, direct and indirect invoices through P/O matching into system.-Ensure timely, proper accounting and posting of information into the system.-Assemble invoices to be completed for payment.-Generate reminder to payers in order collect outstanding payment within the given time frame.-Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit, generally responding to all vendors inquiries regarding finance.-Reconcile the Account Receivable and Account Payable ledger to ensure that all receipt and payments are posted up to date.-Support the internal parties for financially related inquiries. Liaise with external auditors for yearly statutory finance audit.-Provide support in ensuring adherence to internal controls and policies by ensuring proper accounting of all receipts from retail stores and promptly identifying any irregularities.-Take responsibility for recording invoices and payments to retail landlords accurately and within the designated time frame.-Other tasks assigned by superior.
