I joined GG&P (UK) Ltd as a school leaver and over twenty years’ have developed my career to become a Director of Virtus Consult following our merger in 2019. We now operate from two offices in Derby and Birmingham and have a team of experienced Quantity Surveyors, Employer's Agents and Project Managers.I have led a number of projects across most market sectors working on a variety of projects with the responsibility for carrying out Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent functions, both pre and post contract, on a number of new build, extension and refurbishment projects. This includes care homes, residential buildings, youth service buildings, schools, visitor’s centres, industrial/ commercial developments for both local and national companies.Over the past ten years I have primarily been responsible for work in the Care and Retirement Sector.
