Supporting teams in both primary and secondary care including GPs, District Nurses, Care Homes, and Community Hospitals.Our service is provided in all weathers, always with a smile and in a professional, friendly, trusting manner. We provide an efficient and sustainable service that is patient focussed and a pivotal support aspect to patient care both in the hospital setting and in the community.

My role has two purposes:Firstly, as a project manager to ensure that changes to the live infrastructure are project managed or controlled as a task in order to mitigate risks to the availability, performance and security of systems and to make optimal use of IT resources.Secondly, as a systems analyst to support and facilitate the controlled development of the Council’s business systems and underlying infrastructure through provision of specialist technical and analysis skills, supporting all phases of the IT project lifecycle from requirements definition and feasibility analysis through to implementation and ongoing support.Within my first year as a Systems Analyst and Project Manager I have successfully delivered several large projects within time and budget. These projects required me to identify and develop solutions to accommodate strategic developments and innovative ideas to save costs and also deliver products which work for our customers as IT moves forward into 2015 and beyond.With my experience of working in an ITIL and Prince2 environment within the public sector, I have also gained knowledge of service delivery and deployment standards. I have proven experience of working with complex architectures, not only full life cycle but from a support role also.Examples of my successful projects can be provided if requested.
